web page not auto directing to mobile site

i used to type in my web page on the phone and it auto directed to the moible page(m.url)  Now it does not do that it gets an error page that says that page cannot be reached. and the user has to actually type in the moible address(m. url.com) to get to it from their phne.  what changed. what can I do
