Billing Question

Hi Homestead,  I received an email saying you couldn't process my credit card for 8/8/25 and are suspending my account. I checked the credit card. Everything is fine and there's plenty of funds to cover multiple bills. The card is not expired. I confirmed my bank has not received the request for payment. I'm starting up a big promo in a few days and I can't have my account SUSPENDED! Can you please check this asap for www.ExtremeScreenwriting.com. Perhaps this is a fraudulent email being sent by scammers? Please advise. Thank you.

Who are you? I'm referring to my monthly billing from Homestead for the website. It's already on Homestead - I can see it in my account settings.  I do NOT need to enter a new card - this one is active and fine. Homestead needs to retry the card or indicate what is the problem on their end. Thank you.

Your account is in good standing and the payment processed successfully. I'm not sure if this was a scam email or a system error, but your account is fine.
